Our watches are authentic whether it's brand new or pre-owned timepieces. Every timepiece undergoes a review by professionals. We disclose as much information as possible from such as service history.
Condition
We only accept watches that meet our quality expectations. We only sell unworn, mint, excellent, or great condition.
Procurement
We procure every single watch from a network of authorized dealers and reputable professionals who meet our strict standards for authenticity and condition. If there's a piece you are looking for, don't hesitate to reach out.
Shipping & Processing
Processing Time
Our watches typically take 2 business days to procure. We need an additional 3-8 business days to receive the watch and ship it out to you. Please give us some time to handle this process as we want to make sure everything is delivered safely.
Shipping and Delivery
Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email as soon as your order is completed and packed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. We ship all orders with signature confirmation, insurance, and safely packaged.
