Consultation
Begin by filling out a simple questionnaire that will help share your vision with us. This will serve as a guide to begin the design process. Our team will reach out and use this to discuss your design options or make any suggestions based on your preferences.
At this stage, we will discuss all the details and provide you with the best for your desired price range.

Design & Approval
Once all of the elements of your ring has been decided and you wish to move forward, a CAD drawing will be sent to you for approval. This will list all of the specifications as well as show different angles of the ring.
At this time, unlimited adjustments can be made until you tell us it's perfect.
~Processing time: 1-3 weeks (depending on adjustments needed)

In Production & Completion
This is when your custom piece will come to life. From casting to setting the center stone, your ring is handcrafted in detail with the utmost care. Quality and attention to detail is our top priority to ensure that your ring comes out just the way you've envisioned.
~Processing time: 3-4 weeks (rush order can be accommodated)
Once your custom piece is completed, our team will do a final check to evaluate all aspects before it is sent out to you. Your package will be carefully packed and shipped using express shipping, fully insured. It's time to enjoy your forever piece!
