Beautifully made to order, each piece is handcrafted for you. Without outsourcing or stockpiling, we pass the savings onto you.

All of our pieces are made to order. Please allow about 6-7 weeks (up to 8-9 weeks during holidays) to have your order shipped. Our goal is to make sure you receive the package in the safest manner in a reasonable timeframe.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email as soon as your order is completed and packed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. We ship all orders with signature confirmation and fully insured.

If you have any questions about your order or anything at all, please contact us. If you need an item sooner than the estimated timeframe, we also do our best to accommodate rush orders.

This item is made to order with your preferred specifications, and therefore will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

We offer a one-time complementary resizing after your ring has been delivered.

We also provide a one year warranty for any issues you might have with the ring after delivery. This includes, but not limited to, any defects, loose stones, etc.

Lifetime support is offered for any cleaning, polishing, etc. for the cost of labor.
