Returns
Return Policy
We want to make sure you are happy with your jewelry and that the fit is just right. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we allow returns on eligible items for a refund or store credit up to 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, all sales are final.
- Please see "final sale" section for items not eligible for returns.
In Stock/Ready to Ship Items
There will be a 10% transaction/restocking fee applied to all in stock/ready to ship items.
Made to Order Items
There will be a 30% transaction/restocking fee applied to any made to order items.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in its NEW original condition and returned with its original packaging. If your item is returned without the original ring/jewelry box, a $50 fee will be deducted. Any items that have been modified, resized or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Any items shipped with a diamond certificate must also be returned with the item, a fee of $200 will be deducted from the refund to replace missing documents.
All returns must be authorized prior to sending the item back. Please contact us to start the return process and to ensure that your item is eligible for a return. Any returns that are not authorized will be refused. We will provide you with a return label if there is any issue with the item, once authorized.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Once we receive the return, please allow up to 10-12 business days for our team to inspect the item to process the return.
Everelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please always shipped insured.
Final Sale
Due to the nature of these items, final sale items not eligible for return. The following items are final sale:
- Custom designed engagement rings/wedding bands
- Special orders or customized orders
- Moissanite items
- Engraved items
- All international orders
- Any items that are resized, modified, or altered in any way by yourself, Everelle or any outside jewelers
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
If you'd like to cancel after you have placed your order on in stock items and it hasn't shipped yet, there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the total. Please be make sure that your order is correct before placing your order. We will gladly help you adjust an order if needed.
Only our lifestyle jewelry are eligible for cancellation.
Due to the nature of custom engagement ring orders, cancellations are not accepted.
For made to order items, you have 24 hours to cancel your order with a 5% cancellation fee. To ensure timely delivery, we usually start the production process right away. If you decide to cancel your made to order item after 24 hours, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
**Refunds/cancellations - Due to the payment processor's terms of service, the initial transaction fee will not be returned when a refund is processed. Thus, your return refund will be the total minus 5% of the total.
Warranty & Resizing
One Year Warranty with Lifetime Support
One Year Manufacturer Warranty
We stand by the quality of our jewelry and we make sure that all of the pieces are free of any defect before it is sent out.
If there is an issue with your piece and you believe it is from a manufacturing defect, you may send it back to us for inspection. We provide a one year warranty for any manufacturing defects.
If it is determined that the issue is not from a manufacturing defect, we will inform you of the repair costs, if available.
The warranty includes but not limited to the following:
- Side-stone replacement for lost stones on the setting (excludes stones larger than .10 carats)
- Repair of loose prongs which excludes damages beyond sufficient repair (see below)
Excluded from warranty:
- All lost or stolen pieces are excluded from the warranty
- Chipped, damaged or broken gemstones caused by accident
- Significant wear and tear that are not manufacturing issues such as, but not limited to: bent, broken or worn prongs by accidental force, wearing your jewelry while doing physical work that can damage your jewelry, etc.
- Metal or gemstone damage/discoloration caused by harsh chemicals, makeup, etc.
- Gemstone defects are not part of our warranty as we do not manufacture
- Any modifications done to the piece by other jewelers will also void the warranty
Simply contact us and we will determine if it is under the warranty to be fixed. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Please keep in mind that precious metals and gemstones are delicate by nature and require care and attention to prevent damage and extend the life of the jewelry piece. Rings in particular are susceptible to wear and tear due to daily activities done with our hands. Loose prongs and missing side stones overtime are common and are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by our warranty for manufacturing defects. We always recommend insuring your jewelry to cover loss, theft or damage that is not covered by Everelle.
Lifetime Support
We also provide lifetime support for any issues or maintenance outside of one year. This includes any maintenance for your piece for a nominal fee (cost of labor).
Resizing
We want to make sure that your ring is perfect. If your ring doesn't fit perfectly and is within the acceptable resizing range, we will provide one complimentary resizing for any ring purchased within 30 days of delivery. There may be a fee if we are resizing to a larger size based on the weight of gold.
We can still help with resizing your ring after 30 days for a small fee.
